Right now for any given environmental issue, there are 2 sides....you can be the engineer for either one. in California....there are opponents to practically every major or minor construction project or developement. Offer your expertise to anyone who will listen.....if you must...take a political stand and give a speach at one of their meetings. be creative.....(stop being an engineer for a minute or two) you can also act as the Engineer for various Municipalities.

There are several hub vendors that you could use for a wired network. If you do not have huge data security concerns(security on wireless can get complicated) and limited bandwidth (54mbps) you could go wireless (802.11b/g). Make sure that you have a broadband connection to the Internet if you are going the hosted direction for MS Dynamics. Microsoft actually has white papers on these sorts of things.... Or call the station directly and try to speak with someone. Pick someone specific though. You greatly increase your chances. I would also try local papers. Sometimes TV gets their stories from newspaper stories. Email a specific newscaster that usually handles stories along the lines of yours. Or call the station directly and try to speak with someone. The most efficient tool for advertising depends on the type of business you want to advertise - convenience store is advertised in one way, home cleaning business in another way, e-store in a third way.
